Kyle Dickson-Smith is an arbitrator, litigator and author, and has advised companies, organizations and government on trade/investment and commercial law.

As an Arbitrator practicing in Australia and North America, Kyle Dickson-Smith has extensive experience in international commercial disputes and investment treaty arbitrations. Kyle conducts arbitrations under the UNCITRAL, ICDR/AAA and ICSID arbitration rules, amongst others. He has acted in investor-state proceedings under the NAFTA and bilateral investment treaties (BITs). He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and a member of the ACICA panel of arbitrators.
